I saw a number of kids in the Port Orleans foodcourt while I was staying there, and they always seemed to be having fun. There's space for spreading out, high ceilings, lots of light, that water wheel thingie, plenty to see through the windows... definitely a good place for children. Perfect place for breakfast and lunch. And I've gone to #5 (Rainforest) with friends who have children, and the kids had a great time there. The only problems were the (somewhat) cramped conditions and the prices, which were (as expected) a bit higher. I totally agree with #2.
