2008 Disney Vacation Planning DVD Now Available
The 2008 Disney Vacation Planning DVD is now available for free. You can order yours by filling out the form on the Disney Vacation Planning DVD website.
According to the website, the 2008 Disney Vacation Planning DVD includes:
- Complete tour of the four Theme Parks, two Water Parks and over 23 Resort Hotels of the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida
- Tour of the Disneyland® Resort in California
- Affordable ways to play and stay during your Disney vacation
- New shows and attractions featured during The Year of a Million Dreams
- Plus much more, including pocket-sized planning guides, planning tips, and information on special events
Even if you’re not planning a vacation to Walt Disney World or Disneyland in 2008, the Disney Vacation Planning DVDs are always fun to watch. Who knows, watching the video just might convince you to plan a 2008 Disney vacation after all!

Please could you tell me what there is to do at Epcot?
I have been told it has more of a laid back feel to it and is less of an ‘amusement and ride’ park.

Absolutely, Charlotte. In fact, I’ll publish a full post later today that will provide an overview of Epcot. Are you traveling with children? I’ll write the overview to provide the most relevant information based on who you’re traveling with.
That would be brilliant. It will just be me and my husband-to-be. We are in our mid 20’s but do not have children coming with us yet.
My concern really is rides and attractions as i do not like big rollercoasters and things of that nature.

Hi! I live in Malta (Europe) and we are really big fans of Disney here too. Unfortunately the Disney Planning DVD is only available to USA, Canada & UK. Do you know of anyway we can get it in Malta too?
Hi Fiona, I don’t know anyway that Disney will ship the vacation planning video outside of the United States (which I think is SO wrong), but I did a quick eBay search and found one from 2006. It won’t be completely current, but it will probably have much of the same information on it. Here’s the link:

I ordered the DVD 3 weeks ago and have not received it. Shipping in the US is very very slow, even after you have paid 3,000 for the trip. I hope to find a posting of it on you tube. The 2007 version is available for viewing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXMEoxAQMn4
Hello i live in PA and my family and i are trying to order this free DVD but it keeps saying that my birthdate is wrong what do i have to do to get it? i tried my fathers’ information and that did not work either. please help thank u

I’m not sure what the problem is. I just filled out the form, and it worked for me. Did you use 4 digits to enter the birth year? You might want to clear your browser’s cache then try again.
Disney DOES ship the DVD outside of the US.
If you are in the UK or Ireland, you need to fill in this form and wait a couple of weeks for delivery:

This is on their UK site. You might want to order one again mid January as their new 2009 will be coming out.

Hi Guys you can get the free disney holiday planning dvd in the united kingdom by going to the disneyworld resort florida website ( official wedsite ) and filling in the form,i actually recieved mine within 3 days as its sent from bucks in the uk not from the states,ive had mine for ages now and have just sent off for the 2009 dvd…good luck and hope ive been some help
It seems they only ship the DVD to US, Canada or the UK. I am in Namibia and we are planning a family holiday to Disney. How do I get a copy?
