I knew that too – tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom! I had my picture taken with him! (and at the time I didn’t even know who he was!)
In Tomorrowland by the Disney Vacation Club Booth.
The Statue has been moved, we just got back from a trip on 08-30-2009 and the statue is no longer at the DVC booth. No one I asked knew where it has been moved to.
