Disney Vacation Club Tower at Contemporary Resort on Sale Soon
Rumor has it the new Disney Vacation Club Bay Lake Tower being built as part of Walt Disney World’s Contemporary Resort will begin selling in mid-August (check out the construction photo taken last month). Although the actual date Disney Vacation Club timeshares will go on sale for the new Bay Lake Tower has not been released, guides are telling DVC shoppers that Disney’s Saratoga Springs resort timeshares are sold out. That means the Bay Lake Tower is next on the list.
What about the prices for the Bay Lake Tower at the Contemporary Resort? As you’d expect, rates are rumored to be at least $10 more than other Disney Vacation Club locations. In fact, according to MagicalKingdoms.com, some sources are suggesting the rate for the Bay Lake Tower could go as high as $120 per point.
That’s a hefty price tag. I can’t wait to see the inside of the new Bay Lake Tower when it’s done though! How about you?
