Drive a Boat at Walt Disney World’s Jungle Cruise - Review with Pictures
Next time you’re at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World, don’t forget to try the remote control boats located outside of the Jungle Cruise. They’re fun for kids and adults of all ages.
While the boats are a bit challenging to maneuver, small children still enjoy simply spinning the wheel. As the boats move through the various features and hazards, various elements are set off such as bubbling water, spraying water, sounds, a volcano and more.
To use the remote control boats, you do need to have some quarters handy, but change machines are located nearby. Each turn lasts a minute or so. There are several umbrellas located amongst the steering wheels, so try to find a position under an umbrella. For some reason, it gets brutally hot in that area!
Overall, the remote control boats are a great place to stop after a ride on the Jungle Cruise while you have a drink or snack and plan your next activities at the Magic Kingdom.
Have you tried the remote control boats outside of the Jungle Cruise? What did you think of them?
