Star Wars Weekends Dates and Stars Announced
Following are the official dates for the next Star Wars Weekends at Walt Disney World:
- June 6, 2008 - June 8, 2008
- June 13, 2008-June 15, 2008
- June 20, 2008 - June 22, 2008
- June 27, 2008 - June 29, 2008
Events at Disney’s Hollywood Studios include appearances by over 50 Star Wars characters. Celebrities who are expected to appear include:
- All 4 weekends: Warwick Davis (Wicket the Ewok) as celebrity host
- June 6-8: Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett) and Daniel Logan (young Boba Fett)
- June 13-15: Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca) and David Prowse (Darth Vader)
- June 20-22: Amy Allen (Aayla Secura) and Matthew Wood (General Grievous)
- June 27-29: Dave Filoni (Director of the upcoming Star Wars: The Clone Wars)
Star Wars Weekend activities will include:
- Jedi Training Academy
- “Behind the Force” look at Star Wars: The Clone Wars
- Padawan Mind Challenge
- Photo opportunities
