Sneak Peak at Toy Story Mania Coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Nearly a year ago, I published a post announcing that a new Toy Story ride is coming to Disney-MGM Studios which included concept art for the new attraction. A lot has changed in a year. It’s a Small World Closing 1/22/08 for 10 Months
Back in November, the hot Disneyland topic was Disney’s plans to close the It’s a Small World attraction to deepen the channels that the boats travel through. While Disney denied it, the general consensus is because as Disney guests have gotten progressively heavier over the past several decades, the attraction boats were sinking. Unfortunately, the boats got stock on the bottom of the channel, and the ride had to shut down numerous times to remove passengers from boats that were simply to heavy to float freely.
Atlanta Braves Bring MLB to Disney World
Each year, the Atlanta Braves spend time at Walt Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex for their spring training. The ticket prices and schedule for the Atlanta Braves 2008 spring training have been released.
If you need a break from the parks during your Walt Disney World vacation or simply love baseball, catching an Atlanta Braves spring training game is a lot of fun. The crowd is always very involved during the games, and children even get a chance to run the bases! Not only that, but there are often chances to get autographs from the players.
