The movie inside the America pavillion in Epcot entitled American Adventure is open again after a much-needed overhaul.  I finally had a chance to see the revised movie last weekend, and the changes were minimal.

New Ice Cream Shop Opens in Epcot

The Fountain View Bakery has been closed for a long time in Future World at Epcot.  Finally, it has reopened as an ice cream shop!  Located in Innoventions West (just outside the main character greeting area and beside the main fountain), the new ice cream shop is in a perfect location in the center of everything in Future World.

The annual International Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot was as beautiful as ever this year.  I thought I’d post some pictures I took this past weekend to share some of the sights.

Mother’s Day Brunch at Epcot

Mother’s Day Brunch at Epcot

Yesterday, my family went to the Mother’s Day Brunch at Epcot, which is held each year during the International Flower and Garden Festival.  This was our first time attending the Mother’s Day Brunch, so we weren’t sure what to expect.  We took our triplets and my parents, so we had a party of seven.  The triplets were free because they’re under three years old, which helped ease the pain of the high bill.  We prepaid for the brunch when we made our reservations a month ago.  The cost was $195 (including the tip) for our entire part, which was steep for …read more

The Three Caballeros Officially Join El Rio Del Tiempo

The Three Caballeros Officially Join El Rio Del Tiempo

The newly refurbished El Rio Del Tiempo ride reopened a few weeks ago in the Mexico Pavilion at Epcot in Walt Disney World.  As rumored, the Three Caballeros have been added to the ride, which has been given a new name – Gran Fiesta Tour.  My family and I finally stopped by for dinner last night at the San Angel Inn (delicious, as always) and rode El Rio Del Tiempo for the first time since it reopened.

Pirates have Landed at Epcot

Pirates have Landed at Epcot

The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival began earlier this month, and the pirate theme is heavily featured.  As guests enter the park through the turnstiles, they are greeted by a huge topiary depicting a pirate ship, Peter Pan, Tinkerbell and Captain Hook.  As an added surprise, Stitch makes an appearance behind the pirate ship.

The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival is in full swing at Walt Disney World.  This afternoon, I brought my triplets back for the first time this year.  One of their favorite parts of the Flower and Garden Festival last year was Minnie’s Magnficent Butterfly Garden.  I wasn’t sure if they would be as enthusiastic about the butterfly garden this year, but they were.  They screamed with excitement and were amazed by the many colorful butterflies they saw.

The Three Caballeros Will Join the El Rio del Tiempo Ride at Epcot’s Mexico Pavillion

Rumors have been flying for months about the refurbishment of the El Rio del Tiempo ride inside the Mexico Pavillion at Epcot.  The ride is due to reopen in April and if rumors hold true, the Three Caballeros will be added to the ride.  In fact, for months, the Three Caballeros have been signing autographs and posing for pictures with Walt Disney World guests just outside the Mexico Pavillion.  With just a few weeks to go until the unveiling, the excitement is mounting.
