The T-Rex Restaurant opened this week at Downtown Disney in Walt Disney World.  I haven’t been able to go over there yet, but I found a great post on Disunplugged.com with lots of photos.  I don’t have permission to republish them here, so follow the link to see pictures of the T-Rex Restaurant at Disney!

Last year, I wrote about the new T-Rex Restaurant that is being built in between Downtown Disney and Pleasure Island at Walt Disney World.  Today, I have a new construction photo that shows you the progress of the building as well as the promotional sign stating the new restaurant will open in the Fall 2008.

If you didn’t read my original post about the T-Rex Restaurant, definitely check it out.  This restaurant sounds incredible, and I can’t wait until it opens!

I haven’t been to Downtown Disney and Pleasure Island in quite awhile, so on Wednesday, my family and I decided to have dinner at Planet Hollywood located inbetween Downtown Disney and Pleasure Island.  We parked near McDonald’s in Downtown Disney and had to walk over to Pleasure Island.  Just beyond McDonald’s on the way to Pleasure Island we saw huge construction walls erected with workers busily building behind them.  A huge banner hung on one of the construction walls to let visitors know this would be the location for a new T-Rex restaurant.
